State Property Development Project at Mo Chit Bus Terminal Area

State property registration no. - , an area of approximately 63 rai 2 ngan 65 wah. Currently, part of the rear area, totaling 40 rai, has been leased to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration for the construction of a Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTSC) electric train depot. The front area of 23 rai will be put up for auction to find an investor to propose a development project. The selection of a consultant to conduct a feasibility study is currently underway, in accordance with the Act on Private Participation in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2535 (1992).

State Property Development Project at the Royal Thai Air Force Music Division

State property registration no. BK.120594-120598, Thung Maha Mek Sub-district, Sathon District, Bangkok, with an area of approximately 17 rai 0 ngan 35 wah. The Treasury Department assigned the Royal Thai Air Force to conduct the auction for the development project. Tanayong Public Company Limited won the bid, proposing to construct 8 residential condominium buildings of 9 stories each, with ownership transferred to the Ministry of Finance, valued at approximately 569,382,180 Baht. The Treasury Department is currently reviewing the contract.

State property registration no. BK.043314, Charoenkrung 36 Road, Bang Rak District, Bangkok, with an area of 5 rai 0 ngan 60 wah, including existing buildings. The project feasibility study is currently being presented to the cabinet for approval in principle

State Property Development Project at the Civil Aviation Training Center Area

State property registration no. BK. 28Wor486 and BK 283893, Phahonyothin Road, Lat Yao Sub-district, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, with an area of approximately 27 rai 1 ngan 90 wah. The Treasury Department has requested the Department of Commercial Aviation (Department of Air Transport) and the Civil Aviation Training Center to return the land for development. Compensation conditions for buildings and structures will be defined. The details and relocation costs from the Department of Air Transport are currently under consideration.

State Property Development Project, Soi Pipat 2 Parcel

State property registration no. BK.0423Wor8, Silom Sub-district, Bang Rak District, Bangkok, with an area of approximately 12 rai 2 ngan 08 wah. There are 107 existing tenants. Negotiations are underway to purchase land from private individuals to expand access points and study the project's feasibility.

State Property Utilization Project at the Mint, Pradipat Road

State property no. - (the area of the former Mint), the Treasury Department has permitted the Secretariat of the House of Representatives to temporarily use buildings in the Mint area, totaling 9 rai 3 ngan 74 wah, as its office. Renovation work is currently underway.
